Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Times

TriPrepper partners with various suppliers to bring you the best products at competitive prices. Our shipping times vary based on location:

  • United States: 10-20 business days
  • Canada: 12-25 business days
  • Europe: 15-30 business days
  • Australia: 12-25 business days
  • Rest of the world: 20-35 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and can vary based on factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, holidays, or shipping carrier issues.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a standard shipping fee of $5.99 will be applied.

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee, depending on your location.

Tracking

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment through our tracking portal on the Track Order page.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

TriPrepper is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost or Damaged Packages

TriPrepper is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
